Staff Profile: John B. Tschamler
John has over twenty years of senior management experience in business operations, resource development and training, business development, information technology, and consulting. John has international experience, having held the position of Managing Director of Resource Development for European Operations of an international consulting firm. He is experienced in strategic planning, organizational design, and the development of training and organizational performance management systems.
John is an active member of The Buffalo Niagara Partnership, The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and InfoTech Niagara.
John has an MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, an undergraduate degree in Management from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
